Biking to Kinkazan!

Last Sunday, Teddy and I biked to Kinkazan… a little more than 30 km one way. I sure was tired after THAT!

Some sakura, this variety in particular, are still blooming.

We actually returned to Kinkazan cause our friend told us there’s a squirrel village!! OMG, it was so cute!

They gave you these gloves and crushed peanuts to feed the squirrels. I’m not sure what type of squirrels these are… I’ve never seen anything like them!

Teddy said the squirrels looked like they were doing peanut-cocaine. Haha!

They kind of looked like squirrel-groundhog hybrids to me…

We also went to see the castle. Last time we came, it was too crowded, but this time, we went inside.

I would not call this castle a must-see or anything, but there were some cool displays inside.

The park at the base of the mountain is very beautiful.

A cute duck in front of a waterfall.

Well, that’s all for now!
