Nagoya Vegan Festival and Other Delicious Food!

This weekend was part of Golden Week, making it a lovely, four day weekend.

Monday, we went down to Tsurumai Park for the Nagoya Vegan Festival.

I was so amused to see this STONE PIZZA OVEN in a TRUCK. Magical.

This soy meat on a stick was delectable. And it only cost 80 yen, too!

We also tried some veggie kebab meat wraps. Yum!

The veggie sushi was magical. My favorite was the fake eel (top row, second from the left.)

Vegan Pad Thai!!! Can anyone guess who’s going to be going out to Nagakute for more???

A few months ago, we were devastated to learn that Herb Kebab no longer sold falafel. Well, forget you guys! A new falafel stand is in town, and they’re called Momo Kitchen. This falafel cup was absolutely delicious!

So delicious, in fact, we went back today! Here’s the falafel baguette!

Their fries left a lot to be desired, in my opinion. They were just run-of-the-mill, McDonald’s-esque fries.

Well, that is all for the food. The next post will be all about Tsushima Fuji Matsuri!
