We have been eating tons of delicious food lately.
I made some tandoori tofu and kabocha lettuce wraps this week. The wraps were amazing. The tofu was just okay.
I also made homemade soft pretzels. This recipe was amazing. We made them at Bible Camp with our elementary students!
I received an e-mail a few days ago that our favorite, local vegan cafe was closing. So, we went one last time this Friday. The guy said he wanted to open another cafe, and I hope he does. RIP Yuya Cafe.
He gave us free dessert, too! Yum!
After Yuya Cafe, we went to Tsutaya, rented Up on Poppy Hill, and got delicious Melon Pan from a truck.
Someone actually tried ordering pizza to their cherry blossom picnic in the park. It took the Pizza-la guy over 40 minutes to find them, which made me LOL.
Beautiful cherry blossoms.
There were many beautiful flowers at our local park.
A cute candy cane-like rose.
More sakura (cherry blossoms).
A bee collecting pollen from nanohana (Rape blossoms).
These flowers came in white and purple.
Various flowering trees and bushes.
There were colorful fields of flowers.
Me with the sakura.
I don’t know what kind of bird this is, but I see them often and I love them!
After biking and walking through the park, we went to Osu, and got some delicious pizza from Solo Pizza.
We also got delicious soy milk donuts and ice cream.
While walking from Osu to Sakae, we happened upon a fabulous Rabbit Cafe.
The bunnies were so cute!
It’s nap time!
This bunny was super chill!
This is Dandy-kun.
This bunny was super soft.
The fluffiest bunny ever.
They even had cute bunny shaped cups.
We continued our walk to Sakae and found creepy ass dolls.
More creepy dolls.
There was a laser being beamed to the sky in Central Park.
Nagoya TV Tower.
Well, that is all for today!
