So, today we went on a mission to admire some sakura (cherry blossoms). The websites claimed that the spots we chose would be good for this time of year, but SURPRISE! It was all a lie. Luckily, the second place we headed was Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens, so even though there were no sakura, there was at least something to do!
This was our Saint Patrick’s Day meal. I made roasted Brussels Sprouts, Colcannon, and Seisage!

We also went to the botanical gardens and green house. There were not many plants outside, but the green house was nice.

After the zoo, we went to Freshness Burger and got veggie burgers! We were so excited! They were yummy.
