Today, Teddy and I walked across the river to go to Sunima, an Indian restaurant. We both got salad, soup, and lentil curry, and we got different kinds of naan.
We got the coconut, cherry and nut naan, and the adzuki bean and cheese naan and shared them. They were pretty good, but a little weird.
After lunch, we took the subway to Hirabari to go see the Weeping Plum Blossom Festival at the Nagoya Agricultural Center.
Inside of the one building, they had all kinds of bonsai.
This cute little fruit tree looked almost like a toy.
This was some type of cute evergreen tree.
Me in front of some pretty plum blossoms.
A close up of some pink blossoms.
Pretty magenta plum blossoms.

There was also a building with tons of types of begonias.
There were all kinds of decoration made from gourds.

I even got to pet a cow!!
They had cute guinea pigs, too!
I learned that sheep were sheared once per year, and that in Japan, they do it at the beginning of May.
They had egg laying chickens, and exotic chickens.
They had a pair of ducks, too!
Tonight, I made kabocha cream gnocchi and grilled veggies for dinner! It was yummy!!
Well, that’s all for today!
