Ran no Yakata Halloween Light-up Night

This evening, we went to the city orchid gardens, Ran no Yakata, to see the Halloween Light-up Night. There were a lot of really interesting displays!

The first room had many wax displays. There was one table with many cake-shaped displays.

This “green roll cake” was made from natural looking materials.

We both really enjoyed this gravity defying cake!

Behind the cakes was a display of floral shoes.

On the opposite side of the room were trees with pretty decorations.

In addition to normal Jack-o-Lanterns, there were also these candle-holder type lanterns.

There was also a neat flower mural on the one wall at the garden.

There was also a neat flower arrangement display at the gardens with all kinds of flower related accessories.

    Everything in Japan looks so beautiful! It reminds me of Phipps. The candles are very pretty!
