After Nakajima Koen, we headed to Hokkaido Jingu, the shrine of Hokkaido.
This is the beautiful Sapporo manhole cover.

After seeing the shrine, we took the subway, then a streetcar, then a bus, then a ropeway, followed by a hike, to get to the peak of Moiwa-san.
Here is me posing with the Moiwa-san mascot at the bottom of the mountain.
Passing the descending car on the ropeway.
Ainu artifacts at the midway station.
Our delicious lunch of cream cheese soft pretzels.
The mountain path.
The view from the top of the path.
The sun shining over the mountains.
The lovers’ sanctuary.
The city of Sapporo.
There were many cute moths at the ropeway station.
That is all for today! I hope you enjoyed the pictures of Sapporo!
